Every plan does everything.
The only difference between plans is catalog size. All plans start with a 14-day free trial and are billed through Shopify, so there is no separate account or card to manage.

Prices in USD, billed monthly through the Shopify Billing API. Taxes may be added by Shopify depending on your region.
Common questions
What counts as a SKU?
A product in your Shopify catalog. A product with several size or color variants counts once — classification happens at the product level, and the approved code is applied to all of its variants.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limit?
Nothing breaks. Products beyond the limit simply wait — they are not classified or watched until you upgrade. Going over your limit deletes nothing, and codes already written to Shopify stay in place.
How does the free trial work?
Full functionality for 14 days on any plan. If you uninstall before the trial ends, you are never charged.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin, or downgrade at any time. Billing runs entirely through Shopify, so cancellation follows Shopify’s standard app-billing rules — there is no separate subscription to chase.
What happens to my HS codes if I leave?
They are yours. Approved codes live on your Shopify products, so they keep working after uninstall. We delete all of your shop’s data from our systems within 30 days of uninstall.
Do you touch my customers’ data?
No. DutyLookout reads product catalog data only — we never request access to customers or orders. See the privacy policy.
